Truewriter checks your document through Turnitin, reads the AI report, rewrites only the flagged writing, and keeps everything else in your file exactly as you wrote it.
Yes. Headings, citations, tables, fonts and spacing come back exactly as you wrote them, because only the flagged sentences are replaced inside your original file.
When Turnitin reports a low AI score it shows a star instead of a number. Any report in that range counts as a pass, so your file is delivered straight away.
If the delivered report still shows a score above the passing range, you can request a free rework from the order page. Our team reviews the request and the flagged lines are humanized again.
Full humanization rewrites every flagged line from the delivered report, not just a sample. Each order includes one full humanization, and it is used only when you confirm it.
We accept DOCX files only, up to 10 MB each, so your formatting, images and tables can be preserved perfectly in the delivered file.

You can, but editing the delivered file can change the result of any new AI check. For a guaranteed result, submit the file exactly as delivered.
No. Truewriter.ai is a digital product, so once a purchase is completed there is no refund option. If a delivered report still shows AI, the fix is a free rework or your full humanization, and if we cannot complete your order the credit goes back to your account.
