Terms of Service

Truewriter.ai checks your document through Turnitin, humanizes the writing flagged by the AI report, and delivers a finished file back to you. Headings, references, images, tables and formatting are kept as written; only the flagged sentences are rewritten.

You are responsible for keeping your sign in details private and for everything that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when you register. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service, attempt fraud, or share access in a way that breaks these terms.

Packages are bought in advance and added to your account as document credits. One credit covers one document order. An order begins only after the uploaded file and required details are received, and credits are used when the order is placed.

When your package includes an AI check, we deliver your file with a Turnitin AI report in the passing range. If the delivered report shows a score above that range, you are entitled to a free rework, and each order also includes one full humanization on request. The guarantee applies to the delivered file as provided; editing the file afterwards can change any new check result.

You may only upload documents you have the right to use. You must not upload unlawful content, malware, or material that infringes someone else's rights. The final responsibility for how you use the delivered document, including your institution's rules, stays with you.

Prices are shown on the pricing section and charged in advance through our payment partner. Credits are added after the payment is confirmed. Promotional or reseller codes apply only as described at the time they are issued.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read it before you buy.

We work hard to keep the service accurate and available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access at all times. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
