When you create an account we store your name, email address and sign in details. When you place an order we store the document you upload, the reports generated for it, and the delivered file. When you pay, our payment partner processes the payment and we store only the transaction reference and amount, never your card details.

Your document is used only to provide the service you ordered: checking it through Turnitin, humanizing the flagged writing, and delivering the finished file back to you. We do not sell, publish, share or reuse your writing for any other purpose, and we do not use your documents to train any model.

Access to your documents is limited to the systems that process your order and the small team that reviews orders when a check needs human attention. Our review staff work under strict confidentiality and can only open files linked to an active order.

Uploaded and delivered files stay in your account so you can download them again. You can ask us to delete your documents and account data at any time by contacting support, and we will remove them within a reasonable period, except where we must keep payment records for legal or accounting reasons.

Your account is protected with encrypted sign in, and files are stored on secure infrastructure with restricted access. Payments are handled by our payment partner over their secure checkout, so sensitive card information never touches our servers.

We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use advertising trackers on your documents or your account area.

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@truewriter.ai from your account email and we will take care of it.

If we update this policy we will post the new version on this page with a fresh date. Continuing to use Truewriter.ai after an update means you accept the new version.
